so I have an Acer Nitro 5 and since the launch of early access on my pc, my fps is struggling to go past 20 and I have this constant sound stuttering, I've updated my drivers they're up to date, I checked around with all my sound settings in and out of the game alongside the graphics even did a full repair install.What worked for me is changing the output source FFXIV uses. My headset has a game mode and chat mode, and it outputting to the chat mode produced a horrible static and caused the game to crash in directx 11. Found this via Google.. RTX 3080 to LG C9 to Denon receiver and Atmos audio would cut out intermittently. I fixed it by turning eARC off and setting Pass Through. Sound cut out randomly. So this has happened to me twice now. Playing the game, then suddenly no sound from it. I have sound from other applications, just not FF14.
