I was stuck at 6/6. I dug under the pillar with the manipulator thinking it was clipped inside. It turned out to be a dog sentinel, stuck in the air. I was able to shoot it down and finished the mission. I also shot one that was clipped in the pillar in 4/6 or 5/6. You just have to search in unlikely places.
