After you reinstall, you have to move everything to bin64 not just dll and ini, move the reshade-shaders folder also.If you are interested in using this, you need to have reshade and MasterEffect installed. I prefer Reshade since it doesn't affect the UI, you can remove the fog, and you can assign separate keybinds to turn shaders on/off one by one. I used reshade cause you have a version made just for gw2 (gw2hook), but now i just use the one in the geforce experience.. it's simple and it has enough costumization.
